Leaving Tintagel was difficult as I felt so connected to these glorious castle ruins and Merlin’s Cave and yet more surprises and delights of every kind were waiting for me in the South West of Cornwall.
During the next phase of my journey my intention was to visit Tintagel (legendary birthplace of King Arthur and Merlin’s Cave), Lands End, St Michael’s Mount and as many of the Cornish ancient standing stone circles and sacred sites that time permitted.
The main focus (and excuse) for making my journey to the UK this year was to attend a weekend course in Glastonbury being run by Tim Freke. This course, called “The Mystery Experience”, was all about Consciousness and diving into the Oneness of being spiritually wake and in touch with yourself and your connection to the “All That Is”.

Well what a journey! It has been a true pilgrimage that I have undertaken to the UK these past few weeks. I have so much to tell you all that it will take at least a couple of months of missives to cover the tales of the extraordinary energies, places and people I encountered.

Here in Australia we are about to celebrate Mothers’ Day. Obviously this is a day set aside to honour mothers and their selfless efforts to nurture and support their children ( of all ages) .
