Happy Solstice
Dear Lightworkers and Starseeds,
Tomorrow, Monday 21st June 2021 marks six months since the Galactic alignment and the gathering of many, many awakened souls on the 21st December 2020.
This Solstice, winter in the southern hemisphere, summer in the northern, is an opportunity for us to realign with Gaia, rejoice in the warmth and the Light of the longest day or set our sights on the return of the Sun as the wheel of Mother Nature turns again.
- Traditionally, the period of the summer solstice was believed to be a time for weddings, celebrations and relaxation, because it fell between the planting and harvesting of crops.
- The day holds significance for pagans who have always believed that midsummer day holds a special power.
- Midsummer’s eve is a time when the veil between this world and the next is at its thinnest, when spirit communication is clearer and and when fairies were thought to be at their most powerful.
- One of the traditional rituals of the June solstice included the lighting of fires, heralding the start of shorter days.
I shall be celebrating the Solstice in my own garden here in Bath, with my feet in the grass, connecting into the earth.
My garden is overlooked by Solsbury Hill (a powerful energy vortex) and I shall be tuning in to you all in our group of Starseeds, Lightworkers, Healers, Seers, and those in Service to the Light.

Tonight, on the eve of the Solstice I shall be taking my crystals outside to renew and energise them in the feminine night energy and for the dawn Solstice.
I will have my own little ceremony at the time of the solstice .
Derived from the Latin word ‘solstitium’, meaning ‘sun standing still’, a solstice marks the moment that the sun “stands still” at the horizon before moving in the reverse direction.
The exact timing of the Summer/Winter Solstice on the 21st June
is at 0332 UTC which is 0432 London
and 1332 in Sydney.

If you would like to join with me remotely, I have prepared a short meditation which you can listen to here.
So, whether you are celebrating Solstice gently by yourself or in a group of like-minded souls, my very best wishes go out to you and yours at this time.
With Love,
Ruthie
