We shared a great evening of Christmas Spirit at Anahata Therapies in Mosman, Sydney on Monday 21st November.
With attendees from as far away as Melbourne, the room was packed with those who wanted to hear what happens in Spirt at Christmas time and receive those important Christmas messages from their loved ones who have passed over.

The evening will begin with an enlightening and entertaining look at life in Spirit, followed by a guided meditation that Ruth will lead into the Spiritual Realms.Ruth will conclude your experience by passing on messages to the group from Spirit in her role as an accomplished Clairvoyant-Medium.

On Monday 9th May a delightful high-energy group gathered at Anahata Therpies in Mosman, Sydney to learn how to bring more ritual into our everyday lives.
What a special evening we all enjoyed – lots of fun and laughter combined with the more formal aspects of the ritual process. It was a delight for me to be amongst such interested and motivated souls who fielded great questions and examples of their own rituals and celebrations.

Well, it is almost time for my journey/pilgrimage to begin- but before I take flight I wanted to share with you a couple of wondrous experiences I have had of late.
Recently my dear friend and colleague , Jana, has opened a beautiful Goddess healing and therapy centre called Anahata Therapies and to launch them on their journey they held a special Puja – a Hindu Blessing.
