On the 31st December I attended a wonderfully moving and spiritual ceremony at high noon at Avebury , Wiltshire amongst the standing stones.
In glorious Wiltshire sunshine, led by the very Light Isabelle Kingston, we formed a hand-held circle of like minds and hearts to ask for peace and love on earth. This world-linked meditation gathering has been convened every year at this time since the Harmonic Convergence in 1987.
As we chanted the great “Omm” I could feel and see the energy rise and surround us all in that sacred landscape.
Several speakers gave us inspiration and food for thought and of course the Great Invocation (The World Prayer) was read aloud.

The Great Invocation
From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men.
Let Light descend on Earth.
From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.
From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men –
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.
From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.
Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.
So Be It and So It Is
