Hello Everyone,
In these challenging times as we attempt to maintain our centre and balance and be in alignment with our true soul energy it is important to take time to just “be”, in amongst perhaps our work from home and home-schooling our children and being cooped up
I have found that a gift of this time in “isolation” has been a deeper connection or re-connection with others: family , friends and neighbours through the many technological platforms available to us. How fortunate we are to have these channels of communication.
My desire is that we all find a sense of peace in this process. So with this in mind I have recorded a guided meditation for you, centring around the colour Violet.
I do hope you are able to find the time (about 25 minutes) to rest, relax, and be at peace while you listen and are transported on the Violet Ray of Light.

Dearest Ruthie?
At 11am on this sublime morn on the 6th of May 2020, here on the east coast of Australia we engaged with your Violet ???? meditation. After an Eastern Yellow-breasted Robin lured us out onto the back deck in autumnal sunshine I suggested we put aside the time to go on this journey together.
After initial resistance at my request to just “be” for 25 mins Neill finally surrendered, put down his phone, closed his eyes & opened his mind to invite you in?he fell asleep at once whilst I slowly made my way along the path to Merlin. After putting on the wondrous purple robe in my special room & opening the door to go outside your next words startled me in reference to the Druid grove.
You see, yesterday I had you strongly on my airwaves. Seconds later your email came through.
I acknowledged your gift but put it aside as I wanted my husband to share it with me. Then, out of the blue, after waiting six years for my little red squirrel to tell me his story he suddenly came to me … and his first words were: “The Druid groves have gone …”
Tarty McBarty joined me then as I ventured further into the wizard’s cave & we visualised together what the next five years will bring.
After I opened my eyes the robin’s cry rang out again, waking Neill up. I then discovered a lady beetle?resting on my left hand.
And so the next chapter of my creative journey begins ? Amen
